NASCAR upped the utmost horsepower this season from 670 to 750 for tracks shorter than 1.5 miles. Nashville and Darlington are the largest tracks that may see the elevated horsepower, however Darlington is exclusive as a tire-dependent race monitor irrespective of the race automotive. The way it impacts tire falloff and the general racing stays to be seen.
