The Cadillac F1 workforce has undergone a significant change with the arrival of a brand new workforce principal, Marcin Budkowski, who replaces Graeme Lowdon after the summer time break on the Dutch Grand Prix.
Lowdon was the American outfit’s first workforce principal after his appointment in December 2024, which is properly earlier than the workforce made its F1 debut this season.
