Sebastien Ogier to stay in hospital in a single day after Rally Finland crash

Sébastien Ogier has confirmed that he and co-driver Julien Ingrassia “really feel okay” and has thanked Toyota for “constructing such a robust automobile” following a daunting crash from the lead at Rally Finland.

The reigning world champion and co-driver Julien Ingrassia had been heading in direction of the top of stage 17 when their Toyota GR Yaris Rally 1 automobile fired off the street at pace. The automobile was pitched right into a sequence of rolls heading in direction of the bushes. It’s unclear what induced the crash.
