The “fixed change” at Aston Martin has come beneath the scrutiny of former F1 TV presenter Will Buxton, who claimed that it’s ‘not doing the tradition of the staff any good’.
In 2024, Andy Cowell joined the Silverstone outfit as Group CEO earlier than he changed Mike Krack within the position of staff principal in January 2025. Cowell’s tenure within the staff chief place lasted lower than a 12 months. Adrian Newey, who had joined the staff as managing technical companion in 2025, took on the staff principal duties along with his position for the 2026 season.
