Method 1 companion KitKat loses over 400,000 F1 chocolate bars in main Europe theft

KitKat, which has been a a companion of Method 1 for the reason that begin of the 2025 season, has confirmed that 12 tonnes of the F1 KitKat chocolate bars have been stolen throughout transit in Europe.

The chocolate model informed AFP, “A truck transporting 413,793 items of its new chocolate vary has been stolen throughout transit in Europe.

Nestlé, with its KitKat model, partnered with F1 on a multi-year partnership from 2025, serving because the championship’s official chocolate bar.

As a part of the partnership, KitKat launched its F1 chocolate bars forward of the 2026 season. “To mark this thrilling partnership, the model is launching a chocolate masterpiece within the form of a Method 1 racing automobile, the primary of its variety,” the launch press launch acknowledged. 

“That includes a clean milk chocolate shell with creamy filling and embedded crispy cereal items.”
