Cadillac hit with €1700 in fines after Sergio Perez Madrid FP1 infringements

The Cadillac Method 1 group has been handed two fines after Sergio Perez was discovered to be dashing within the pitlane in the course of the first free apply session on the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid.
