The McLaren Components 1 Staff has change into the primary winner of the Autosport Staff of the Yr Award.
McLaren took an F1 title double in 2025, wrapping up its tenth constructors’ crown and thirteenth drivers’ championship with Lando Norris. Norris and team-mate Oscar Piastri received 14 of the 24 grands prix with McLaren’s MCL39.
